CAE USA INC Internship _ Data Entry & Consolidation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and collect required data.
Organize and prioritize data collection efforts to ensure timely completion.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of the collected data.
Enter the information into the Gemini database.
Complete quality checks to ensure integrity of the data.
Troubleshooting and resolve any data-related issues- or discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding the subject data matters.
Document established guidelines and procedures, related to the data collection and database entry.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Proficient in using database management systems and data entry tools.
Familiar with relevant data protection and compliance regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across global time zones, and to handle changing priorities and meet set deadlines.
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
Requires experience supporting date entry administrative or project management.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
Note: This is a temporary position with focus on collating and entering data.
Applicants with database experience will be advantage.
