Description:
You will responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Director of Food & Beverage Operations is Department Head Level, assisting Hotel Manager to run the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. and functioning as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for F&B Products and Service.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or F&B Manager in large property of international luxury or upper upscale hotels. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
