This is an expression of interest for the position of Regional Alliance Director. We are seeking an exceptional talent to spearhead our partnerships in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Design, implement, and oversee innovative alliance strategies that align with the goals of both the global energy company and CBRE, ensuring a cohesive approach to facilities management across various locations.
Partnership Management: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, governmental bodies, and service providers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and synergy among partners.
Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, ensuring that operational standards are met and exceeded. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration within teams.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Develop tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and operational strategies. Develop mitigation plans to address challenges proactively and ensure seamless service delivery.
Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on alliance performance, challenges, and opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports that track progress against strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in facilities management or related services, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships, particularly in collaboration with large corporations.
Strong financial acumen and strategic business planning skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
