The Product Owner - AR/VR Learning for Cytiva is responsible for defining and delivering high-quality AR/VR training software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users. You will work closely with the product manager, software engineering team, the project manager, the UX/UI designers, and the quality assurance team to ensure that the product vision, roadmap, and backlog are aligned with the business goals and customer expectations. You will also support product manager collaborating with the sales and marketing team to communicate the value proposition and benefits of our AR/VR training software to the target market and stakeholders.

This position is part of the Automation, Digital, and Learning department located in Krakow and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the AR/VR training software.

  • Review and provide feedback on the software engineering team's deliverables, such as prototypes, demos, and releases.

  • Create and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and strategy together with product manager, and communicate them to the software engineering team and the stakeholders.

  • Act as the main point of contact and liaison between the software engineering team and the internal and external stakeholders, such as product manager, management, and vendors and participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Measure and evaluate the product performance, user feedback, and customer satisfaction, and use data and insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development projects.

  • Experience in developing and delivering AR/VR training software solutions based on 3DMax, Unreal Engine or Unity.

  • Passionate about creating innovative and impactful AR/VR training software solutions that enhance the learning and development of users.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.

  • Product management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!.
