AON Value Enablement Office Governance Manager (PMO) in Krakow, Poland

What the day will look like

  • Implement & oversee some key processes within the Value Enablement office: project approval gates, project baselining, go-live readiness, change control, demand management etc

  • Work with the Project Managers on quality reporting on the project progress (via PPO tool)

  • Ensure relevant data flows to PowerBi dashboards

  • Work with the PowerBi developers on system changes and alignment to reporting tool

  • Work with key global stakeholders on implementation and execution of PMO processes

  • Run global change control board across +100 projects

  • Create materials for trainings on Value Enablement Office governance & processes

  • Conduct the trainings with Project Managers where possible

  • Serve as an Subject Matter expert on portfolio management tool used for reporting (PPO)

  • Building & maintaining a knowledge hub for Project Managers

  • Create and run audits of the Reporting tool, execute on the findings

  • Conduct regular reviews of projects with project managers where data in the system requires cleaning

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Good understanding of Project management methodologies – waterfall and agile

  • Previous experience as PMO Lead and/or similar

  • Experience in implementation and running PMO type of processes across a large group of Project managers

  • Good understanding of Powerbi capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in the industry.

  • Excellent stakeholder management

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to details and technicalities.

  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.

  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
