GE Healthcare Senior Region Inventory Process Manager in Krakow, Poland

Job Description Summary

Senior Region Inventory Process Manager will be responsible for evaluating and improving inventory management processes COE. This role involves collaborating with Segments/Strategic Business Units and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and ensure continuous improvement and sustainability of operations.

The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader, capable of driving strategic initiatives and influencing change across the organization.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Driving region-specific inventory policy and strategy to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Overseeing regional inventory management and spearhead initiatives to improve inventory optimization while reducing aged and excess.

  • Acting as the regional planning SME, providing insights and guidance on inventory planning and management.

  • Managing governance for demo inventory, ensuring proper tracking and utilization.

  • Overseeing the management of PIPO (Product In/Out) and E&O (Excess and Obsolete) inventory to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

  • Coordinating and deploying processes and policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness in inventory management practices, driving standardization across global operations.

  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and synergy in inventory management efforts across the organization.

  • Demonstrating strong leadership qualities, inspiring teams and effectively managing projects and issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, with an MBA being desirable.

  • Possessing a strong experience with demonstrated leadership in materials planning or supply chain roles. Global experience preferred.

  • Experience in medical devices/healthcare/pharmaceutical industry would be desirable

  • Experience with Kinaxis and Oracle systems.

  • Proficiency in English.
