Skills and experience that will lead to success :
5 years of Project Management experience as independent Project Manager.
Experience in technology will be an asset.
Experience in Insurance will be an asset
Knowledge of PM tools
English level: C1

Existing Project Managers in technology who would like to work with multiple countries delivering technology projects within UK or Global region.
S omebody who is Project Manager in different filed and would like to develop in Project Management in technology.
What the day will look like
The IT Project Manager II is responsible for overall project management activities for medium to large sized projects with low to medium complexity, scope, and financial impact . Responsible for ensuring project is delivered on time, within budget, and meeting project success criteria. Develops and maintains project charter, project plans, and other project management deliverables. Responsible for setting timelines and monitoring task progress, budget tracking, resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue management. Escalates issues to leadership as needed. Provides project status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
Scope management
Manages medium to large-sized projects with low to medium complexity, scope, and/or financial impact .
Manages changes to scope according to PMI standards and Aon specific practices
Financial management
Develop and maintains a budget for the project
Manages changes to the budget according to PMI standards and Aon specific practices
Schedule management
Develops and maintains a schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
Manages changes to the schedule according to PMI standards and Aon specific practices
Risk, Issue and Change management
Develops and maintains risk, issue and change logs
Develops and maintain risk and issue strategies
Reports on risks, issues and changes according to PMI standards and Aon specific practices
Resource management
Assembling project team
Assigning individual responsibilities and enforcing accountability
Communicating with resource managers about duration of assignments and changes to requirements
Document management
Maintains standard project management documentation and metrics
Agile Specific (where applicable)
Acts as a servant leader to the delivery team, helping them improve and removing barriers to their progress, as well as to self-govern and self-organize, instead of governing and organizing them.
Serves as a facilitator and conduit for communication within the delivery team and with other stakeholders
Make sure the delivery team's plans is visible and its progress is radiated to stakeholders
Acts as a coach and mentor to the delivery team
Guides the team's agile process and make sure their agile practices are being used properly
Collaborates with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog
Helps the Product Owner communicate the project vision, goals, and backlog items to the delivery team
Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
Facilitate meetings (standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
Follows up on issues raised in stand-up meetings to remove impediments so that the team can stay on track.

Builds strong relationships with the various Solution Lines and Technology teams engaged on a daily basis .
