AON Global Reporting and Stakeholder Management Manager in Krakow, Poland

Aon Is Looking for a Global Reporting and Stakeholder Management Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the reporting methodology, building global metric capabilities and stakeholder management cadences, including monthly and/or quarterly meetings across geographies, solution lines or business segments.

Metrics Development and Reporting

  • Work across geographies, functions, and solution lines to develop a standard reporting format and agenda.

  • Identify sources of data and work with data analytics teams to define and develop Key Performance Indicator scorecards.

  • Create monthly reports with internal critical metrics such as volumes, cycle time, quality, cost and productivity, and overall shared operations performance to report out to executive leadership.

    Reporting

  • Support countries and/or solution lines with ad hoc report requests

  • Assist in base-lining new services being offered to countries, regions, or solution lines.

  • Creating reports and developing tools and processes to automate reports.

  • Analysing large amounts of data to develop insights and/or actions to improve business and/or process performance.

    Stakeholder Management

  • Develop routine cadence with key partners.

  • Collect, analyse, and summarize data to communicate insightful information to key collaborators.

  • Work closely with leadership team to present thorough and detailed reports to identify areas of opportunity to drive future decision making.

    You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

    Required Experience:

  • 5 plus years of experience in a leadership role.

  • Extensive experience in reporting and analytics.

  • Solid understanding of business analytic tools such as PowerBI. Databricks and/or other tools used for data analytics.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership skills to influence and collaborate with partners
