Contingent Workforce Vendor Analyst ( Fixed Term)

Join our dynamic team as a Workforce Optimization Specialist, where you'll empower hiring managers to enhance contractor recruitment, provide essential support and training, analyze workforce data for strategic insights, and lead international implementations—all while driving continuous process improvement.

This position offers a hybrid work model from our Krakow office.

What the day will look like

  • Working closely with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the company’s hiring needs for contractors

  • Monitoring and maintaining Workday VNDLY system, working on the process adoption.

  • Being primary point of contact for issues and challenges around the processes including system errors.

  • Analysing contingent workforce data, identify anomalies, trends, risks, and provide useable insight to improve internal controls.

  • Providing trainings and ad-hoc support to Business as required.

  • Troubleshoot tool's problems and follow through to resolution.

  • Supporting contingent workforce tool implementation in new countries through leading trainings, supporting system testing, review of training materials and providing advice.

  • Handling in-country communication on best practices and process/system continuous improvement.

You will be a part of the new projects, working on testing and supporting implementation but also sharing your knowledge and skills with Internal Colleagues.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all management levels

  • Language proficiency: very good English (Spanish, French or Italian will be great plus)

  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Organized self-starter with exceptional strategic thinking

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships across different functions

  • Experience in working with contingent workforce is a great plus

  • Understanding of recruitment processes is a plus

  • Experience working on implementations/support/maintenance projects is a plus

  • Experience with system testing/troubleshooting and user training is a plus
