We are looking for a passionate and skilled Business Analyst with shown Power BI and SQL knowledge to join our diverse team in Krakow. If you have an analytical mind with a problem-solving skill, this role might be perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Build statistical models to analyse data and deliver actionable insights to business users.
Design and implement solutions to streamline and improve existing processes.
Work with sophisticated and large datasets, preparing them for analytical consumption.
Collaborate with leaders and business users to define KPIs and metrics, and build balanced reporting solutions.
Take initiative and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Must-Have Abilities:
Data visualisation and integration
Advanced Power BI skills, including embedded Power BI server skills
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server
Statistical analysis
Advantageous Skills:
Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript / Typescript
Experience with Angular / Node.js / React
Familiarity with Business Objects
About You:
Recent graduate or in your final year of studies towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree
Proficient in English
Strong quantitative abilities and experience with database management and data analysis
Good interpersonal and communication skills, a great teammate with a can-do attitude
Self-starter who can work under stress with accuracy
Eligible to live and work in Poland without visa support or sponsorship
