Shell Delivery Scheduler in Krakow (City), Poland

This is an 18-month temporary role to cover maternity leave. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your application.

Shell Trading & Supply has a global portfolio of crude oil, refined products, LNG, chemicals, natural gas, electrical power, and CO2.

This particular role will be supporting the Trading and Supply business and specifically Distribution Operations (Order to Delivery).

The key to becoming a successful Delivery Scheduler is to ensure timely and cost effective fuel deliveries to our customers.

We are looking for highly motivated people who are results-driven, work resiliently under pressure, and can demonstrate a passion for logistics, optimization and continuous improvement.

Diligence, cost focus, attention to detail, ability to work with shifting priorities and problem solving skills all come naturally to our ideal candidate.

In our team, you will:

  • Create and optimize an accurate, cost effective and timely delivery schedules.

  • Ensure scheduled deliveries are in line with safety and operational procedures and customers.

  • Liaise with other teams that contribute to the Order to Delivery process.

  • Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes.

  • Optimize scheduling processes by implementing CI ways of working and E2E value delivery.

  • Compliance to product quality requirements and local legislations.

Requirements:

  • English min. B2

  • Logistics, road delivery or customer operations experience will be additional asset.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to cooperate with other cross-functional teams and work under pressure with tight deadlines.

  • Quick learner of new IT tools.

  • Industry knowledge will be an asset.

  • Familiarity with GSAP and Scheduling Systems will be beneficial.
