Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in payments, fin tech, identity verification, KYC, fraud/risk, payments compliance or similar operations.
Experience designing and documenting new operational processes, developing training material, and/or testing new systems and workflows.
Track record of success working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and contributing to complex operations initiatives.
Ability to work with vendors and international teams, demonstrating an effective collaborative working style.
Ability to autonomously deliver and prioritize multiple initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Google Payments Compliance team ensures that our business is always consistent with the current financial regulations. This team balances Google's legal and compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our users and the values of our company.
The Customer Screening and Verification Operations (CSV) team, within Payments Compliance, helps keep our Payments ecosystem safe and secure. CSV Operations is responsible for various compliance and identity verification processes across Google.
As a Global Process Manager, you will stand up and operate new processes/operations to verify Google’s customers.You will collaborate with external vendor(s) and empower them to effectively run the operations and meet SLAs. You will partner across Product Management, Engineering, Legal and other operations teams to continuously implement process improvements as the operations grows. You make processes more efficient and scalable, work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations and proactively minimize operational risk. You are detailed-oriented and see to it that as Google pursues our next big idea, we always have our bases covered. You have experience and knowledge working with fraud/risk, compliance, customer screening or identity verification (IDV)/know your customer (KYC) operations processes.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to effectively manage various aspects of the day-to-day CSV Operations, including handling escalations that arise from our partners and customers.
Expand CSV Operations to new regions, products, and/or verification types, including developing project plans, process flows, desktop procedures (DTPs), and delivering training to our vendor(s).
Monitor the health of the CSV Operations processes, including producing metrics and management reporting to key stakeholders.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements, to allow the operations to scale to support the growing business.
