IT Senior Manager (Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures)
Job Description
Manage and coordinate all IS (IT) activities related to Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures, ensuring seamless integration and transition of IT systems and processes.
Develop and implement strategic plans for IS integration and divestiture, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Align with internal and external business leaders on all IT aspects and requirements to ensure smooth integration within scope and on budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including upper management, to ensure successful execution of M&A and divestiture projects.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial prudence in all related IS activities.
Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in M&A and divestiture and apply this knowledge to improve IS processes and procedures.

Qualifications
Business level Japanese & English language ability
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization globally
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and systems integration
Proven ability to manage complex projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Adequate knowledge of M&A processes
