We are seeking talented individuals to join our team to help us establish and grow our presence, organization, culture, which will drive our digital product development efforts. What will you do?
As Scrum Master , you will provide day-to-day support in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems. You also will:
Facilitate key Scrum at scale ceremonies.
Manage efficiency and productivity of Scrum teams, ensure Scrum artifacts are of proper quality and value and integrated amongst other teams.
Coordinate with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
Gather and consolidatefeedbackfromincludedprojectmembers.
Coordinate relevantindividuals to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
Answer projectrelated questions; provide guidance and support for product integration.
This position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and Caterpillar in the US.
What you have:
Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and experience working within Agile frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions and promoting a positive team culture.
Proven history and experience with building new teams in dynamic product environments.
Experience with agile team measurements and techniques to increase teams' efficiency and productivity.
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communicationbehaviours.
Knowledge of software engineering; ability to deliver new or enhanced fee-based software products
Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision
