To support the Operations Team in Konstanz , we are now looking for a

Operational Excellence Manager – OPEX (m/w/d)

Areas of responsibilities:

• Identification and evaluation of value streams, processes and working practices in production areas and logistics with potential for optimization

• Creation and implementation of OPEX programs to improve processes and increase efficiency in close cooperation with the respective departments based on Lean/Six Sigma methods

• Monitoring and analysis of process data to identify problems and bottlenecks, e.g. OEE

• Conducting training courses and workshops for employees and managers on the implementation of OPEX methods and tools

• Strengthening the awareness of the entire organization with regard to Lean / Six Sigma

• Development of key figures for monitoring process improvements, creation and maintenance of a reporting system

• Collaborate with other departments and locations to coordinate OPEX initiatives and create synergies

• Identification and implementation of automation options to increase efficiency

• Monitoring compliance with quality standards and process guidelines

• Monitoring the progress and results of OPEX programs and initiatives

• Reporting to the management team on the progress and results of OPEX initiatives

• Deputy to the production manager

Profil:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business Engineering or equivalent

• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company

• Experience in data analysis and interpretation

• Ability to understand and optimize complex processes

• Leadership experience and ability to work with other departments

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply

• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions

• Goal orientation, creative drive

• Fluent in English and German

• Six Sigma training an advantage
