Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Onsite - Kohler, WI
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (some flexibility)

Specific Responsibilities
Gathering, sorting, and processing of Industrial waste materials in preparation for use – both for production and development purposes.
Preparation of vitreous China batches, foundry materials, bathtub scraps, and resins for casting of lavatory sinks.
Forming – Casting resin lavatory sinks within plastic molds.
Transport of molds and finished ware.
Finishing & Inspection – dry finishing, sanding, painting, shaping, hand coating.
General cleaning and maintenance of Waste Lab.
Follow department safety rules.
Skills/Requirements
Demonstrated ability to work hands-on as a craftsman and must be capable of learning new crafts and must be capable of learning new craftsman skills.
Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly.
Must be capable of basic math and written communication in English.
Must be prepared to work closely with others in a team environment.
Must be a self-starter and able to work with ambiguity.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $28.25 - $35.30. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
