Specific Responsibilities

  • Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards set for The American Club

  • Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards

  • Following proper food and liquor handling procedures

  • Maintaining complete working knowledge of hotel layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices

This is a part-time position. Shifts will generally vary between 10am and 11pm weekdays and weekends

Skills/Requirements

  • We are looking for an applicant who is at least 18 years of age and has the ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
