In-Room Dining Attendant - The American Club

Work Mode: Onsite

Specific Responsibilities

  • Providing delivery services of food and beverage items to guests while ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction

  • Ensuring appearance of food and beverages are being served within standards

  • Accommodating guests’ special requests and concerns

  • Maintaining complete working knowledge of proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, safety practices, department specific procedures (i.e. amenities, timelines for delivery, table retrieval, hall sweeps)

Nights and weekends are required.

Skills/Requirements

  • Prior serving experience preferred but not required

  • Applicant will be required to obtain a SafeServe certificate upon hire.

  • Applicants must be 18 years old.

The hourly range for this position is $9.65 - $12.05 plus tips. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
