Projects our Facilities Intern/Co-Ops have/will work on Facilities related projects related to HVAC, utilities and office furniture Replacing facility related equipment with more efficient and economical solutions Maintaining building assets including doors, flooring, roofing, paint, office spaces Skills/Requirements The unique spark you bring Enrollment Requirement: You must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master\'s program. Preferably in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, industrial). Skill Proficiency: Additional skills sought include high attention to detail, solid oral and written communication and personal interactions skills, and the ability to work on and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion. Manages facility related projects and supports manufacturing projects Assists with building and grounds maintenance Has basic understanding of utilities Supports furniture and seating moves Supports with purchase order requests, approving invoices Project management skills Attention to detail Ability to communicate and work with various stakeholders Must have US drivers license Work with AutoCAD, MS Office, Smartsheet.
