ManpowerGroup Associate Customer Service Representative in Kohler, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in the customer service industry, is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to join their team. As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support all authorized showrooms with timely and accurate order entry, including order confirmations and review of EDI orders.
Provide pre- and post-sales support through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high service rating.
Process and interpret reports such as open order reports and EDI.
Utilize resources and tools to assist in troubleshooting customer technical questions.
Work collaboratively with the supply chain to confirm lead times and provide proactive updates to customers.
What's Needed?
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking skills to evaluate and propose solutions for customer inquiries.
Experience with data entry and reporting using software such as SAP, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
