Job Description
Development of the OTA software update framework for Renesas automotive devices and management of development team/project
- Development of common software platform for devices
- Definition of requirements and specifications, development, release, and user support for the framework.
- Market research, technology trend survey, and development roadmap alignment with overseas partners
Qualifications
【Must】
OTA software update system development experience; More than 3 years
Embedded software development experience; More than 3 years
Development experience of software running on Linux; More than 3 years
Software development project leader experience; More than 3 years
Communication skills (Japanese and English) with internal and external stakeholders
【Want】
Knowledge of open source, virtualization technologies, automotive networking.
Knowledge of Security (Anti-rollback, Secure boot, Secrure strage, TLS, etc)
Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO26262)
Knowledge of Software Development Process (Automotive SPICE, CMMI, etc)

Automotive software requires rapid updating of software functions and remote updates while ensuring safety and security. Therefore, we are looking for a leader to drive the planning, development and delivery of Automotive OTA software updates.
