Your Role and Responsibilities
As a product manager for IBM's watsonx products, you will help drive our go-to-market efforts to reach and on-board new customers, and our product operations to discovery, develop, and deliver key product requirements. Your efforts will help clients confidently and effectively leverage GenAI using tools they can trust and rely upon. This role will require collaboration across a variety of teams, stakeholders and business groups, it will also require fundamental product management skills, analytical skills, program management skills, and go-to-market skills.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably focusing on AI, data, or other developer facing tools.
Proficient in product management activities, including market analysis, product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
Proven track record of project and program management
Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate the value proposition of compilation technologies, communicate product requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience working in an agile development environment.

Strong understanding of competitive generative AI tools
Sales or customer-facing background and skills
