イタリアンレストラン Level 36マネージャー

イタリアンレストラン「Level 36」のマネージャーとしての業務をしていただきます。​

シェフと協働しながら、レストランを管理・運営していただける方を探しています。

業務範囲

• レストランオペレーションの管理​

• 自店舗における季節ごと、および繁忙期のプロモーションの起案、メニュー作成​

• スタッフの管理、トレーニング​

• 助言やお客様のコメントをシェフや上長に伝え、お客様の志向を反映させる​

• コスト管理​

• 顧客のデータ管理​

• 発注、在庫管理​

• スタッフのトレーニング​

• 自店舗の売上予算の作成及び、3か月毎の予測の管理

求められるもの

• ファインダイニングのマネジメント経験​

• コミュニケーションスキルの高い方​

• 高いリーダーシップのある方​

• ソムリエ等　各種酒類資格​

• 語学が堪能な方

待遇その他

• 月額給与：380,000～516,000円　※ご経験スキルによりご相談

• ｲﾝｾﾝﾃｨﾌﾞ：支給は会社業績による。支給される場合は年収(月給ｘ12ヶ月)の10％

• 手当：通勤補助費(上限あり)、時間外手当(深夜等)

• 保険各種：社会保険(健康保険、厚生年金)、雇用保険、労働災害保険加入

• 福利厚生：IHGグループのホテル宿泊、レストランの従業員割引制度あり、従業員食堂あり、社内外の研修制度あり

• 勤務時間：1ヶ月単位の変形労働制、所定労働時間7.75時間(日平均)

• 休日：110日(年間)、リフレッシュ休暇4日、有給休暇(初年度10日)
