Ready for a new challenge? We are seeking a Customer Service team lead to support a contract role. If you are interested please keep reading. The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring excellent service standards, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves managing team performance, resolving complex customer issues, and implementing process improvements.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of customer service representatives.

  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and uphold company policies.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on team performance.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This is a 6 month contract role
