Job Description
Are you a master at customer service? Do you love to solve problems and make things happen? Do you enjoy administrative work and supporting your team members? This is the position for you!
What you will do:
Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance
Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests and issue resolution
Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers’ purchases
Facilitate warranty claims with both customers and vendors
Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues
Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g., package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
What you will have:
High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Minimum one year’s industry work experience required; two years’ work experience preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Basic CRM skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult issues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and problem-solve
Ability to adapt to change including a willingness to take on new tasks and technology
Travel required less than 5%
General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
Able to bend, stoop and reach
Exposure to various weather conditions, temperatures and noises
