Position details:
Fully onsite - Knoxville TN 37923
Monday-Friday 8a-5p - Overtime will be offered when case load is high
$17/hr
Temp w/ no end date
Start date 5/28
Must haves:
Bubbly, friendly, can-do attitude
Customer service experience (does not have to be call center experience)
Reliable transportation
About the company:
This company offers a single platform to process digital payments for premiums and claims. Designed to integrate with an insurer's core system, including cloud-based solutions, the Digital Payments Platform engages policyholders through the channels they use most, while securely processing payments through those same channels.

Responsibilities
Enter mortgage payments
Make outbound calls to mortgage companies and agents
First 30 days enter no less than 50 payments per day
