Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION, EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICE (CODE 1102.2) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will maintain effective relationships and gain cooperation of employees, supervisors, and managers. You will analyze the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. You will utilize various data sources to create reports to identify areas of concern. You will provide a variety of management services essential to the direction and operation of the organization's mission. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience identifying problems related to management and productivity. Experience analyzing and developing recommendations for improvement in program operations. Experience managing projects, planning, and coordinating steps to complete each project phase by established deadlines. Experience articulating, presenting, and promoting varied ideas and issues before a wide range of audiences.
