Software Developers will find an opening in the Energy/Natural Resources industry with one of Robert Half's clients. Candidates for this position should keep in mind that they will be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company if chosen. Responsibilities
Continually conduct code-review and unite with other developers
Provide clear and consistent communication around solutions and time estimate to client-facing program management teams
If you can maintain and develop new features to internal and external facing software to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues on various operating systems, this job might be for you
Troubleshoot and provide production support
Collaborate with Scrum team to provide accurate work estimates
Requirements - Less than one year of experience is acceptable
- If you're looking for job openings and have knowledge of education standards such as QTI/APIP, SIF, AIF, you might be a good fit for this position
Knowledge of SQL
JavaScript experience highly desired
.NET experience preferred
HTML experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Python
Experience crafting, documenting and testing APIs
It is preferred for applicants to have experience with software development life cycles, e.g. Agile, Big Bang, Spiral, Waterfall, etc.
You'll be a good fit for this position if you have familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database)
Candidates familiar with scrum will be preferred
This position will be the best fit for a candidate who can write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments
It is preferred for applicants to have experience with at least one framework/library, e.g. Vue.js, Polymer, Angular.js, React.js, Ractive.js, Knockout.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, etc. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
