About HUPC
Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health, psychiatric, and psychological testing services in Florida through in-person visits and virtually through our secure online telehealth, telepsychiatry platform. We are continually growing our staff and client base at our current locations and developing new locations throughout Florida.
Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above.
Our approach is to develop trust and confidence with our clients and treat each patient/client with compassion and respect. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patient/client’s specific needs.
Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associates Degree required
Two years of experience in the health care setting in an outpatient clinic is preferred
General Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from psychiatric patients and clients
Assist patients and clients with scheduling or rescheduling appointments and other requests
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Effectively communicate with all patients, clients, providers, and staff
Acknowledge and resolve, or effectively escalate, as appropriate, all patient or client complaints
Follow all company policies and procedures

Work Schedule:
- 40 hrs. Per week. Office hours are Monday through Thursday (4 days x 10 hours)
