This position requires someone who will take pride in their work, is flexible, dependable, and hard-working. This is a full-time position. The typical work schedule is 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain buildings and grounds daily.
  • Dress appropriately for inclement weather.
  • Responsible for keeping the Refreshment Center supplied with popcorn, soda, water, hot chocolate and coffee and keeping the Customer Lounges neat, orderly, and clean.
  • Emptying trash
  • Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Perform deliveries as required.
  • Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner.
  • Assist customers when needed. Help direct them to their destination.
  • Daily Bank Deposit and Post Office runs, as well as retrieving other supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for ordering all cleaning and refreshment supplies.
  • Keep customer/employee parking area neat and orderly moving used units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed.`
  • Assist co-workers as needed.
  • Daily checklist of responsibilities provided.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and suppliers.
  • Adheres to all Dealership policies, procedures, and Safety Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

  • At least six months work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Ability to understand and carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Submit to a background check and MVR
