CrowdStrike, Inc. Full time R19311 About the Role
As a part of IT Team, support lending business process analysis, software development and technology solutions
Support design of lending applications future state vision, identification of lending business initiatives and development of technology roadmap for lending process
Support critical cross-functional initiatives and projects for the lending process area including system implementations, operational improvements and new product rollouts
Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements, functional design for process solutions using Solifi and other business applications
Work closely with PMO and Finance Transformation to define loan systems strategy and design new and enhance existing finance systems
Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments and implement process improvements
Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards
Define and lead User Acceptance Testing and User Training
What You'll Need
8+ years of relevant professional experience
Deep understanding of E2E loans management process from origination to servicing and reporting as well as the technology that supports these functions.
Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering finance application projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
Bonus Points
Experience with B2B/Enterprise loan, lease or line of credit models
Experience working for a SaaS cybersecurity company
Experience with various ERP applications
