- Processes incoming and outgoing shipments for the Licensed Merchandise business
- Organizes and tracks all samples coming in and out of the department
- Acts as department liaison for all sample needs across the organization
- Creates and maintains sample inventory tracking system
- Communicates sample status and review needs with internal team members
- Oversees sample storage and organization process
- Tracks and resolves discrepancies between shipments and the Licensed Merchandise online system
- Coordinates sample shipment requirements with NCL and other internal departments
- Communicates (e.g., e-mail, video conference) with regional teams during global working hours as needed
- Supports various interdepartmental personnel
- Keeps complete and thorough records of communications related to active, inactive, and completed projects
- Special projects as assigned
