  • Processes incoming and outgoing shipments for the Licensed Merchandise business
  • Organizes and tracks all samples coming in and out of the department
  • Acts as department liaison for all sample needs across the organization
  • Creates and maintains sample inventory tracking system
  • Communicates sample status and review needs with internal team members
  • Oversees sample storage and organization process
  • Tracks and resolves discrepancies between shipments and the Licensed Merchandise online system
  • Coordinates sample shipment requirements with NCL and other internal departments
  • Communicates (e.g., e-mail, video conference) with regional teams during global working hours as needed
  • Supports various interdepartmental personnel
  • Keeps complete and thorough records of communications related to active, inactive, and completed projects
  • Special projects as assigned
