We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Program Manager, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities with our residence located in Kingston, NY.

Palmer Center is located in Kingston, and is very close to shopping and the Rhinecliff Bridge.

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40/Tuesday through Saturday - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm/must be flexible, based on the needs of the program

SALARY: $ 58,500 per year

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree highly preferred

  • Supervisory experience

  • Computer skills

  • Acceptable NYS Driver's license
