Getman Sweeney Dunn PART-TIME HR AND BOOKKEEPING in Kingston, New York

Part-time Human Resources Administrator/ Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of relevant experience - Manage and process employee information (timesheets, payroll, PTO) Administer the firm’s 401(k) plan, insurances (health, liability, property, unemployment), and employee leave Coordinate onboarding of new staff and offboarding of departing staff Handle employee grievances Coordinate HR policy updates Handle accounts payable Calculate case fees and costs Make bank deposits Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and the Attorney Trust account Account reconciliation for all bank accounts Work with the firm’s accountant to prepare annual 1099 forms Perform various business-related administrative duties Report to the firm’s management team We are looking for a candidate who has the following: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Prior bookkeeping and Human Resources experience Knowledge of bookkeeping software, including QuickBooks software Experience collecting information needed by accountants for tax returns Ability to work on a strict deadline Attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills

Minimum Salary: 29,000 Maximum Salary: 37,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
