Support Services Group Collections Agent in Kingston, Jamaica
Support Services Group is looking for Collections agents to join our team in our Kingston, Jamaica office. This candidate will aim to make a positive impact with our customers, build lasting relationships and deliver a tech-enabled financing experience that is simple, fast, and effective.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Increase the collection of outstanding payments
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection and metric goals
Outbound/Inbound calls with customers to resolve debts owed
All communications must be handled in compliance with our collections policies and procedures
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
1-2 years of direct experience in collections; knowledge in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
Team Player
