Pro Maintenance 4 Seasons, Inc. Installation, Maintenance and Repair Worker Job Duties are: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Duties include sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, installation of borderless segmental concrete masonry wall units, hanging decorative lights during holiday seasons, snow shoveling, snow plowing and salting. No education, training or experience requirements. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds. Stand, bend and walk for long periods of time, occasionally in extreme weather conditions. $36,462/yr..
