- Accurately diagnose and repair major household appliances.
- Research parts required to complete repair and update service orders.
- Work with your service team members to schedule and complete service orders.
- Maintain service and vehicle records Keep the company service van stocked with parts etc.. Participate in training updates. (On and Offsite).
