TEKsystems Technical Analyst I in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description:

* This Role will be onsite and have to travel around the Greater Philadelphia area*

• Must reside in the Philadelphia, PA metropolitan area.

• 100% on-site position

The Technical Support Analyst I will work as part of the Tempo Technology Services team to provide technical support within the 50 HOPCo Northeast clinical sites. This work will include, help desk phone support, PC support, interactions with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, installation of hardware, software, cabling, and other related duties.

Tempo is the MSP arm of Ovation Health; this position will be mainly supporting orthopedic clinics across the greater Philadelphia area.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

• Knowledge of how to operate and troubleshoot computer equipment.

• Knowledge of Telephony systems programming, documentation, and process creation.

• Knowledge of asset and time management skills to assist the department.

• Knowledge of fundamental network topologies and equipment.

This is an entry level role, but the ideal candidate will come with some experience in a similar type of role, Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

The two locations in red are the most important as they are the corp offices/home base for the client. The local IT folks go here for equipment etc. for the clinics.
