The Space Security Division within Lockheed

Martin Space’s Mission Solutions business area is

seeking a talented and dedicated Systems

Engineer-IT to become a member of an Agile

team focused on IT Infrastructure (Systems

Administration, Networking, & Hardware) in the

Echo Program Area.

The successful candidate will have experience

with:

•Windows System Administration including

Active Directory, power shell, group policy

•Linux system administration

•VMware experience

•Security + or CISSP Certifications or other certification that fulfills DOD 8570 requirements

In addition, the successful candidate will be able

to demonstrate versatility and flexibility to also

perform:

Software installations, account management

(Active Directory & Group Policy), virtualization,

networking, hardware design, procurement and

installation, systems engineering, test and

verification.

The successful candidate will have a broad skill

set that encompasses many of these domains to

be able to perform a multitude of diverse

infrastructure tasks with minimal supervision

while also demonstrating a commendable work

ethic, good communication skills, a great

attitude, be a result oriented team player,

creative thinker and problem-solver, and follow

all ethical standards of the Lockheed Martin

Corporation.

This is a level 3, MID CAREER role where successful Applicants will:

Typically possess 5 - 10 years of professional experience and a BS degree.

Selected candidate must have a TS/SCI Secret security clearance prior to start.

Basic Qualifications:

Skill Requirements :

• Windows System Administration including Active Directory, power shell, group policy

Certification Requirements :

Security Clearance Requirements :

• To meet requirements of the program/customer, this position requires the selected employee to be a U.S. Citizen.

• Qualified applicants must possess at minimum a currently Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (either adjudicated or the ability to obtain SCI access) to be considered.

• Selected candidates will be required to possess Active Top Secret with adjudicated SCI Eligibility (i.e. TS/SCI) prior to starting employment.

Desired Skills:

• NetApp experience

• Experience implementing and managing STIGs

• Software installations, account management

(Active Directory & Group Policy)

• Virtualization, networking, hardware design, procurement and installation, systems engineering, test and verification.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
