TEKsystems Intake Coordinator in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Patient Intake Coordinator

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Job Description:

  • Review and organize incoming requests for DME product placement.

  • Collaborate with referral sources, patients, and caregivers to gather necessary information.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of intake forms.

  • Coordinate with sales teams to determine the most suitable DME products for patients.

  • Facilitate the placement of DME orders based on patient needs and physician recommendations.

  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.

  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, orders, and delivery schedules.

  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to documentation promptly.

  • Communicate with patients and caregivers to provide information about DME products.

  • Address inquiries, concerns, and follow-up requests.

  • Work closely with sales representatives to coordinate product deliveries.

  • This is a contract, full-time job opportunity with benefits!

Additional Information & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • Knowledgeable of insurance
