ManpowerGroup Biopharm Manufacturing Associate in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Biopharm Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Biopharm Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting a dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Biopharm Manufacturing Associate II
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Pay Rate: $24.50
Shifts: 12 hour shift, rotating including weekends, DAYS/NIGHTS
What's the Job?
Perform production operations including fermentation or cell culture operations, preparation of solutions, and chromatographic separation.
Complete daily manufacturing tasks while increasing competency in various production areas over time.
Engage in safety and compliance initiatives, participating in investigations and troubleshooting activities.
Monitor equipment and critical process parameters, escalating any issues or abnormalities.
Collaborate with senior staff to achieve competency in production operations and support cross-functional activities.
What's Needed?
BS/BA degree with cGMP manufacturing experience, or an Associate's degree in Biotechnology or a related technical field with cGMP manufacturing experience, or a High School degree with 1+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in following detailed processing instructions and accurately documenting all necessary information.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
