HART Technologies, Inc. Schedule Analyst/Integrated Master Scheduler (RR892) in King George, Virginia
HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Schedule Analyst, to support program planning and scheduling for our engineering team in Dahlgren, VA. Successful candidates will be the subject matter expert for all program activities related to scheduling and will provide expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an IMS. Responsibilities:
Document, Develop, Maintain, and analyze multiple project sub-schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) utilizing Microsoft Project.
Function as a facilitator at all levels throughout the schedule development process and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with project leadership and key stakeholders and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to understand program milestones, plans and resourcing.
Maintain scheduled Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Schedule Plans and Baselines.
Perform schedule risk assessments, variance analysis, schedule progress monitoring and analysis, and critical path analysis.
Support schedule presentation and documentation for key stakeholders and leadership at all levels of development.
Required:
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or another Scientific/Technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling projects using an industry accepted project scheduling tool. (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred:
2+ years of experience in IMS / Project schedule development, analysis, integration, and monitoring.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
Experience with OnePager Pro.
Experience with DoD engineering programs is highly desired.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) or Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
Active DOD Security Clearance.
