You have completed a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a technical role for at least 15 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

    Your Opportunity

    This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Director, Operations in Kincardine, Ontario, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

  • May be responsible for the business planning process for multiple product lines or a major product line for the company. Ultimately is responsible for providing the strategic direction by envisioning, defining, and executing business plans.

  • Functions as the Manager for multiple Field Services and Maintenance product lines supporting the Canadian and International markets.

  • Interfaces with internal Framatome and external utility customers for project planning and execution activities.

  • Responsible for both overall customer satisfaction with current projects as well as planning for long term growth and sustainability of the organization.

  • Provide leadership and direction to staff that may include, but is not limited to, project managers, welding engineers and electrical engineers.

  • Communicates with customers to develop strong relationships with the objective to increase business opportunities for Framatome Canada Ltd.

  • Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards
