The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks across the entertainment complex. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems to prevent malfunctions and ensure operational efficiency.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain functionality.
• Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring proper use and safety.
• Emergency Response: Respond to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requests in a timely manner to address issues that affect operations or safety.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, including documentation of parts used and labor hours.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate efforts and address complex maintenance challenges.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and parts, and reorder as necessary to ensure availability.
