Are you a passionate and mission-driven leader eager to make a meaningful impact? The Link is seeking aNon-Profit Executive Director to work closely with our Board of Directors to guide our organization into a bright and sustainable future. This is a full-time, community-focused position supported by a grant from the Jessie Ball duPont Fund.
What You'll Do: As the Executive Director, you will:
- Shape and implement our strategic vision by overseeing networking, financial planning, program development, and personnel management.
- Drive volunteer recruitment, fundraising, and grant writing efforts to ensure our programs flourish.
- Collaborate with church partners, community leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen our outreach and services.
- Engage with benefactors, employers, and job seekers across a two-county area to expand our reach and build lasting partnerships.
