Job Description
Under general supervision, provides advanced administrative support to the Division of Enrollment Management directors and staff; including subunits of Recruitment and Enrollment Services, Records and Admissions, Military and Veteran Services, Student Financial Assistance, and Enrollment Marketing and Communications.
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to division directors and staff, including but not limited to: preparing memos, arranging meetings, arranging travel and conference attendance, making appointments, taking messages, making copies, new hire processing, and other clerical activities.
Maintains accurate fiscal records for respective departmental accounts. Conduct routine reconciliations of expenses. Process documents related to accounts payable and travel reimbursement activities in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Assist applicable departments with document management related activities such as routing, imaging, filing, and record disposition in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assist with special projects, research, and event scheduling/planning in support of departmental staff and enrollment initiatives.
Provide assistance to students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders in matters related to the Division of Enrollment Management.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
Ability to organize work effectively and prioritize objectives with a high level of discretion and independent judgment and initiative.
Wage: $17.10/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5pm. Occasional weeknights and/or weekends.
Supervision of Others: This position generally supervise employees.
Work Location: This is not a remote position. The selected candidate will be required to work on campus.
