CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Technical Administrator. The Technical Administrator will work within the Maintenance Systems team to keep the Engineering Documentation and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) updated.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage documentation related to Maintenance Systems for the site handed over from Projects (e.g. P&IDs, OEM manuals, etc)

2.Register new equipment and instrumentation on the CMMS (SAP & Procal) following change control procedures.

3.Work with stakeholders on the approval and execution of the above.

Experience Required:

1.Good organisational and data management skills.

2.Experience / proficiency in document management systems and office applications.

3.Experience working in a GMP environment and quality management systems.

4.Familiar with Maintenance Systems structure and applications.

5.Analytical mindset, data driven with attention to detail on systems.
