Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $26 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Building Maintenance Worker:
Clean and keep safe around walkways, elevators and surrounding areas.
Repair items as tasks for the day
Clean around pool areas and BBQ site including BBQ
Update Maintenance log as needed
HVAC experience a plus
Maintain around buildings, walkways and elevator.
Complete daily tasks if needed
Some knowledge of handyman tasks is needed
HVAC knowledge is a plus
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends
Job requirements:
Some knowledge of handman knowledge
Some building maintenance experience a plus
