How you’ll spend your day

  1. Ensuring workplace and worker safety.

  2. Working in accordance with GMP quality standards.

  3. Managing a team of approximately 20 packaging operators and experts.

  4. Ensuring adherence to the packaging work plan and managing team outputs.

  5. Leading improvement and implementation of OPEX processes.

  6. Monitoring professional development and certifications for the operator team.

  7. Introducing new technologies and processes and implementing them within the team.

  8. Conducting investigations and reducing the number of exceptions.

  9. Working in 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

Your experience and qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Life Sciences/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering and Management – an advantage.

  2. Approximately two years of managerial experience in production – mandatory.

  3. Experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries – an advantage.

  4. Familiarity with LEAN methodology – an advantage.

  5. Good level of English.
