Job Summary:
It is our maintenance department’s responsibility to locate and correct potential problems before they occur so that our Employee residents can enjoy their time at Keystone. Accordingly, it is our maintenance management team’s responsibility to identify issues with staffing, safety, productivity, etc, before the issues materialize. Adaptability, responsiveness and proactivity are the keys to success in this constantly changing, ever evolving department

The budgeted range starts at $56,485 - $73,776. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
Job Qualifications:
Ability to effectively divide time to balance field work completion and administrative duties.
Have a strong grasp of daily maintenance in regards to HOA and building systems and contracts, rental units, and the skill, time and effort required to upkeep these systems.
Strong communication skills, fluent and proficient in English.
Knowledgeable in Lock out Tag out procedures, OSHA, EPA, and building codes.
Clean driver’s license.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a maintenance or related field.
Ability to plan and be proactive.
The expected pay range is $56,485 - $73,776. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
